"Nothing. They work you with mindless submittals. It is a very quantity versus quality organization and is instilled within their philosophy."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DO NOT INTERVIEW. It is not worth it. You will get sued for $10,000, if you leave within a year. You will want to! Trust me."

What don't you like about working at netPolarity?

"Being hounded with metrics all day long. Constantly working in fear. Just feeling unappreciated and used, day in and day out."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn to work with a moral backbone. Your workforce is not here to be your footstools. Stop trying to profit by hurting others."
