"The business to business relationships I established with clients."

What don't you like about working at Neopost?

"I enjoyed working for the company, the only reason I left Neopost was because 50% of the company, including Account Executives were forced to relocate to Hayward, CA. At the time the transition began, I was not ready to move to a different state due to my youngers sisters health condition."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The only suggestion as far as management I have for Neopst is for the company to keep business and personal relationships separate. A lot of individuals who were not strong enough to be promoted were, only due to their personal work relationships combining with there business relationships."

"The product that Neopost and its competition sell is they are way to expensive and your under paid for what you sell."

What don't you like about working at Neopost?

"The lack of support from management and terrible managers. There is also alot of harrassment that is allowed by HR and managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Watch branch employees that bring down the moral of your branches, do something about harrassment and let your sales reps sell quit that P.B blitz day trash."

"Branch manager and regional manager were incompetent. Competitive pricing affected sales revenue to the sales rep., and poor marketing versus competition."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A dynamic marketing campaign is needed to overcome the strong market share of the number 1 competitor. Instead of compensating reps. with a bonus structure and trips, reps. should have been compensated for increasing market share and building relationships (a realistic salary and commission structure should have been offered so that the reps. didn't feel like they were under constant scrutiny to perform that ultimately cost many reps. their jobs)."
