What don't you like about working at Neopost?

"Branch manager and regional manager were incompetent. Competitive pricing affected sales revenue to the sales rep., and poor marketing versus competition."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A dynamic marketing campaign is needed to overcome the strong market share of the number 1 competitor. Instead of compensating reps. with a bonus structure and trips, reps. should have been compensated for increasing market share and building relationships (a realistic salary and commission structure should have been offered so that the reps. didn't feel like they were under constant scrutiny to perform that ultimately cost many reps. their jobs)."
