"I was very happy with my management except for the part when they chose to relocate my division to a different state."

"I worked for NBC for 21 years. They did a plant closing and laid off 80 people. It was a great company up until then."

"I loved being on a set helping the crew in producing the show. I love working with a team to get the job done."

"Do the best you can to try and impress the crew for further employment."

What don't you like about working at NBC?

"Nothing not to like, I just wish the position wasn't temporary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To reevaluate their hiring staff in getting more PA's for their shows."

What do you like about working at NBC?

"Working for such a large corporate entity, previously owned by General Electric, I was able to apply several different of areas of law. When you are trying to learn basic practical application during law school, doing multiple jobs outside of the general research, discovery, and memoranda's is extreamly helpful. I also liked the availability of mentoring that NBC Universal offered."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would tell them to make sure they are prepaired to be involved in several different areas of the Law. If a canadite only wants to concentrate on one limited area, this is not the right job."

What don't you like about working at NBC?

"The only negative is that the company is great. That being, nobody leaves the company. A lack of opening leaves little job opportunities for Summer Associates."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There really are not that many negative things I can say about NBC Universal. I could point to the lack of a quiet environment, but that would be about it."

"Dress casually but sharply. Don't be too formal. Don't be too frivolous. If they like you and you're skilled, they can work w/ you"

"Lack of understanding of some of the upper management abt what we do and the value of it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look into investing more for the people that is forging new territory for you"

"They give their employees a lot of trust and autonomy. There was no issue with the job. I had to move for family and because of other issues. Or I would have stayed longer. They allowed me to work remotely for a year with the stipulation they would replace me because they needed someone in office.I'm not going to speak about the CEO because we interacted mostly with our directors. And I have no idea what the new guy is like so I can't recommend him. But I'll say yes cause there weere no negs."

"I've been at NBC for 3 years and feel it is a great place to grow as an anchor, writer, host, and producer. I only wish to continue to grow there while also work in other capacities to become better versed and experienced within my field."

"Continue to look at their sales and marketing trends - is the business really growing in those areas"

"Upper Management changes. Every two years a new team was brought in."

"Continue to implement their new plan of steady management and growing their local team."

"No I do not overall the company is run very well."

"Nothing really I enjoy the management atomsphere just not a lot a of room for growth"

"Time management is important when you are in sales so that in person meetings can occur outside the building"
