"If you like clerical work and long hours for bad pay, this is your game. Be prepared for a Byzantine bureaucracy, unpublished rules, and fear of accountability, not to mention lack of self esteem."

"You are locked in a dreaded cesspool of clerical hell. There is no real training or accountability at Motel 6. Everyone figures out that the only way to get fired is to get caught stealing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The corporate office should be there to support the properties, and therefor the customer. Nobody gives a crap, and the product suffers as a result. Better use of, and cultivation of talent would be beneficial."
