What do you like about working at Ameriquest?
"The ability to move up quickly. I enjoyed the brokage part but was truly interested in management."

"keep you nose clean. its not about the number of deals its about putting people into better situations than their current."
What don't you like about working at Ameriquest?
"I felt the company continued to make poor decisions regarding sub prime lending. some of the practices used by the loan officer where questionable at best. Once steps were made to clean up the process it was too late."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"simply quality not quanity. When these loans were written they should be done so assuming long term. Too many deals were put together just to make a sale. Each deal should have been viewed as a long term investment."

What do you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"I liked the hourly pay, since it was the only benefit I received."

"Getting the job is easy; staying employed with Wells Fargo is the hard part, with the highest turnover that I have ever seen."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"There were no sick hours, vacation time, paid holidays, or benefits of any kind. Management was incompetent and useless. There was an entitlement mentality and no vision from senior management."

"Management should actually process a loan firsthand before managing a team of loan processors and underwriters."

"I like the benefits and the opportunity to transition to lateral positions."

"I hope you know someone in order to land a position with this multi-billion dollar company that claims to put the customer first."

"They laid me off twice, regardless of my outstanding customer service performance. I'd hate to be on the receiving end of services provided by those who were chosen to stay because they knew someone in a management position, as opposed to an individual with high customer surveys."

"Put the company first, not friends."

"Weigh options. Great place to learn but can make more and help your clients elsewhere once you learn the ropes."

"I was naive to the entire industry and could have used a wider range of products."

What do you like about working at Aerotek?
"The compensation is fair. They are flexible with hours, due to the fact that it is a contract position. They understand most employees are seeking permanent employment and allow for time for interviews."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Understand that most of the time, if something doesn't make much sense, there isn't really anything you can do about it. The management doesn't understand much about the actual process of the lower positions and doesn't take the time to listen and realize there is probably a much better way to get things done."
What don't you like about working at Aerotek?
"I don't like not having job security. I also don't like that there is not very much room for advancement. A company is only going to promote a contract employee so far."

"They need to work on organization and communication between the departments."

"It was a relaxed and energetic environment that recognized hard work."

"I did not like their outdated computer systems and programs. It would take thorough knowledge of three different systems just for a single loan processed and closed."
