The CD industry has been dying for a long time and transitions were never made to keep up with the times and new venues of sales, being clients or products were never developed. Living on past glory and and trying to march to same beat is no way to run a business in an ever changing climate."

"What you sign up for is what you will always have. Not a lot of growth, and ownership changes are constant, so any opportunities are fleeting"

"Upper management didn't know the business nor made themselves visible in the field meeting with the internal teams or the clients. Acted as if they were temporary placeholders"

"Create a teamwork environment and visit the teams in the field more often and participate in the client relationships directly"
