"My first day on the job they had a corporate restructure and have been working on that cracked foundation since then giving all involved a since of in-security."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hmm, let's plead the 5th on that one. I'm part of that team, so I'll remain loyal."

"1. The great people you meet 2. Montgomery was a nice place to live at the time 3. Have been at a couple of Gannett paper, Detroit was the best location I ever worked regarding the higher up's really wanting you to succeed within the company."

"Always be open for change, and always communicate with your staff, listen, really stop and listen to your staff. You will have a successful staff and career"

What don't you like about working at Montgomery Advertiser?

"When I was there, the CEO made it hard for anyone to succeed. I really don't feel he had any people skills.I would hope now that he is gone things and management are changing into real leaders."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remember to praise your staff in the good times, and in courage them in the bad."
