"I started at the MSU Dairy plant in the summer of 2018 and wanted to expand on what I had learned that summer on the production side, so that fall I asked to join their Quality Assurance lab and was accepted as a lab technician. I worked on various projects assigned by my boss and completed proximate analysis lab work. The next Summer I was promoted to Quality Assurance Supervisor where my responsibilities expanded and I took on more of a leadership role."
