"Job Security. The work load is constantly coming in and there is no sight of it slowing down in the near future."

"don't take the job. If you want the job be willing to learn, or teach yourself."

What don't you like about working at Metso Corp.?

"Everything else. Management is terrible. There is no training. Traveling will last longer than the 2 weeks promised."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"treat everyone as an equal. Train new employees. Get rid of SAP!"

"Make sure you are willing to spend long, long durations of stay away from your home. This position requires you to have little life outside of work. The rewards are great if this position is for you."

What don't you like about working at Metso Corp.?

"incredibly over-extended lengths of travel. The jobs could easily make for stays well over a year at a time. This was not for me as I wanted to start a family and now I have one!!"

"The lack of capacity for fresh graduate innovation turned me of the most."
