"It is an established, well known, and leader in it's industry. They give you the tools and opportunity to make your career what you make of it."

"It's an entrepreneurial position and unless you know affluent people or are part of an established network it is almost inevitable that you will fail one day. 10% success rate and it's all up hill for the first 5 years."

"It's 100% commission and you have to find your own clients."
