"I've worked for Metawave Corp for 18 months. The work environment is really friendly and you can approach anyone in your team if you need help with anything. The leadership really takes care of you and takes the needs of you and your family over work, which is a huge plus. No one turns you away and you can learn a lot while being here. You get to wear a lot of hats and you have to take a lot of initiatives so it's not for those who are looking for a routine job."
