"The company employs roughly five to six people at the moment, including the owner and his wife, and they work between several counties. Although most of the employees are courteous and kind, the owner himself is rude and indifferent to his men. There was zero room to grow and the only people with the control to make improvements were not willing to make changes to function more properly or to even research changes that would help the company reduce human error. There is potential but in order to take advantage of it the owner would need to be cooperative."
