"I've interned with Mennel Milling (Fostoria) for 5 months. During the course of my internship, I learned so much, the experience I got is valuable and added to my skill set. The thing that I liked the most about this company was that people went above and beyond to make me comfortable and help me get familiar with practices & procedures. I worked on the various projects during those 5 months, not just for the company but for my school as well. To get a better understanding of what I was working with, I literally met with all the major department heads and not just that I interacted with people on the floor as well, and all of them were equally kind and warm towards me. All of them helped me develop my character stronger and guided me in the right direction. I would recommend anybody in the Food industry looking for a job, This is an amazing company."
