"They don't care about personal safety or well-being. You're better off working at Lowes or Home Depot where safety is #1."

What don't you like about working at Menards?

"They don't appreciate you. They require you to do jobs which are not in your job description, including if it would injure you. They will harass you, and management will NOT do anything about it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Open up and listen to your employees. When a job description is given, don't write them up for refusing to do something that would injure them or that of which is someone else's job."
