"I worked at Medtronic for 4 years and it’s been great. The company has a few hundred employees and the environment is very laid back. The only issue I had was not every process was standardized and that cause some problems."

Act as a liaison between department and project management software or key project personnel. Coordinate various projects as assigned. Assist in ensuring compliance with departmental policies. "I don't like the 'administrative support' box that I've been put into. Medtronic doesn't like to look outside of the box and take chances on people once they are 'labeled.'"

"Innovation isn't just for R&D. Sometimes taking a chance on a person and fostering their career growth beyond the usual path creates more value for shareholders than losing the person to another organization."
