"Knowledge that is shared by my director Dr. Pat McDonough. Working with animal samples and learning from my work. Every day is a potential learning experience."

"Internally, Cornell does not live up to its persona. Internally, employees are not respected or valued. Employees are belittled and bullied by management."

What do you like about working at Christus Health?
"The tech staff performing duties in the core lab were commendable individuals with spark and personality. We worked together as a team and truly left the end of the day feeling like we had performed our best and performed exceptional and timely care for the patients."
What don't you like about working at Christus Health?
"The management skills for the Operations manager and head chemistry technicians were not very well. They unfortunately were not goal oriented and took no responsibility for errors that occured on their behalf. Also, they had very poor communication skills which included verbally yelling at associates in the middle of the laboratory and obscene emails that were distributed to the entire laboratory staff without provoction."

"The clinical laboratory is not sufficient for the work, and training is inadequate."
