"If you look for companies that have a start up feel, then McAfee is not for you. Match their required skills with 2-4 years of experience and that goes a long way."

What don't you like about working at McAfee?

"There are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Executive management, in my opinion, is blotted."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Present a clear chain of command and outline exactly what you expect of your department."
