"Haven Home is amazing. The people who work with the brand are truly inspiring. Avoid RDNA, until they decide their direction."
What don't you like about working at Haven Home Media?
"Readers Digest is stuck in the print media past. There has not been enough attention placed on the successful brands here at RDNA, or the inability of some of the sales people to grasp multimedia or new media."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop depending on print revenue and start assessing where the revenue can be grown, and invest in the right staff to sale, support and marketing the viable properties."
What do you like about working at Medtronic?
"The work we did made a positive difference in people's lives."

"Medtronic's mission is to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life; ideally you care about this mission going in, but even if not it will grow on you."

"My division was merged with another division whose culture is not a great fit with my division's culture, and politics increased through the process."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I wouldn't have major reorganizations every 12 months - change can be good, but excessive change can be distracting."

"Opportunity, strategy participation, high visibility, key projects, hands-on, flexible schedule"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"lacks internal/employee structure, so be a self-starter. Make friends with the right people, be ready for some serious workload and effort with little budget contribution or agency support. Not a bad place to work - lots of opportunity for growth, but largely because there's a need to start from the ground-up in terms of internal infrastructure/IT support. Can be influential if you want to and if the right people like you and you're allowed to take the reins on high-level projects. Lots of responsibility to execute, but little is allowed for strategy or budget-control."
What don't you like about working at AGCO Finance?
"Arbitrary goal-setting, not enough structured growth, unrealistic expectations from management, projects without budgets, no day-to-day perks (no free coffee, etc), no cafeteria or nearby restaurants, commute not enjoyable, too far from the city, not well integrated with corporate, have to wait on corporate to begin some projects, not creative or inspirational, little strategic freedom"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Manage workloads better, hire employees, creative environment, progressive workspace, day-to-day perks"

"There is a lot happening as far as change goes as I have read lately and I would not have any tips or advise on interviewing"

What do you like about working at TPR Holdings?
"Great brands. Also it a place where you can doing anything. You are locked into anyone task."

"I liked my time at TPR. If you get a good starting salary then go for it. The benefits package is amazing. TPR also closes between Chritmas and New years and it doesnt count againist vaction. They also close every friday at 2pm in the summer..."

"I wish the owners had more time to meet with the staff."

"Try and slow down and sit with the staff more."
What do you like about working at Siemens?
"There was a cafeteria in all of their buildings and a hiking path around a lake."

"Try to get into the wind division or the steam and nuclear modernization divisions. They will be growing."

"There was no path for promotion, or raises, or even transfers"

"Set the sales goals at the beginning of the year, not after the year is over"

What do you like about working at EnerGov Solutions?
"I don't know what it was like back then but it's a great, small company to work for. I was given many opportunities in different roles here which was good because I could see the overall way in which the company operates. My boss at least has been patient with my learning curve and training me and everyone has been great to work with."

"Read up on the company and job description and be yourself. Follow up."
What don't you like about working at EnerGov Solutions?
"There is a lot of work to do but they've been hiring a lot more people to handle the workload."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"We should invest in a nice pool table or have a keg in the office! Or will just bring my Xbox and hook it up to that nice flat screens around the office that are not getting any love."

"The management was terrible. They repeat the same mistakes over and over again. Also, the compensation is FAR below industry standard."
