"There is no way to move up in the company, unless you are a partner or a genius at your craft, which most people are not."

"Hire People. Don't recycle interns. They do a lot of work and never get credit."

"I was given actual responsibilities as opposed to typical intern tasks. I was put in charge of projects and had to deliver just as any other full time employee would have had to do."

"The company, on a whole, emphasizes a team based, family style atmosphere. Make sure to stress that you're a team player."
What don't you like about working at 24/7 Media?
"There was no room for growth at 24/7 Media. There are very set in their idea that there should be a specific amount of members for the team and won't consider expanding."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Ideas can come from all ends of the spectrum. Sometimes interns can have better ideas than managers."

"I seen what this company did for the youth of the community and I truely believed in their mission."
