"This is a really good company. They have a branch in Vietnam with about 200 employee for estimating, purchasing, programming, accountant, and as-built (To Ngoc Van street, Tam Binh ward, Thu Duc city, Vietnam) (the number of employee can increase every month). There is no worries from (the owner) because this branch is under (the manager) by law even the salary is paid. The first time in 2012, there were only about 10 employee only and under Eric Nguyen by law is. These persons have asked for the 13rd month salary about 2 years and they accepted. Now company have travel trip for employee every year. The first travel trip included charity activity. This company can handle more than 40 bids per week. Some employee in Vietnam can work from 7 am until 12 pm (Vietnam time). Sometimes company will call some employee to work on Saturday for urgent bids. Their salary will be double for that day. But from Monday through Friday, you will have no pay for extra hours from 4 pm to 12 pm. All employee here have to sign in an NDA agreement that they won't tell about their salary with anyone. And the most important thing, no one can work the same position (estimating only) within 2 years since they quit the company. Otherwise, they will sue this person. This made a good environment because there were some employee worked for Vietnam companies with higher salary. In USA, they only need about 10 estimators to work with employee in Vietnam. Each estimator will manage a small group. Every year, only estimator in USA will have a really big big money if they reach the company goal (this is the same for the manager & team leader in Vietnam). So they can save a lot of money because one estimator in USA is equal about 20 employee in Vietnam (salary for new employee in Vietnam is about $320 per month, team leader is about $840, manager is about $1,600, only programmer is $1,250 ). Estimating department worked really perfect"
