"It is not my place to say anything about this place, it is a great place to work."
What don't you like about working at Bernardi Foods?
"Little room for advancement. Great if you just want a job and not have to worry about advancing."
What do you like about working at Berry Plastics?
"It was a small plant and all of the team member all worked together to insure only the best products we sold to our customers. It was a team effort in all phases of the manufacturing process."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to work on different equipment from day to day. I never had the some issues with equipment, it was always something different."
What don't you like about working at Berry Plastics?
"The maintenance pm program was out dated and made it hard to track. All though I did start a new CMMS program and this lowered our downtime on the production machines."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not really sure, but I would say they need to upgrade some of the equipment in the facility to increase the production output and decrease the hours the machines run."
What do you like about working at Bernhardt Furniture?
"I liked my job at Bernhardt but they did away with all the machinery and manufacturing process. I figured it was a matter of time for me so I took another job."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If Jim is still working there, be as professional as you can and bite your tounge becuase he has been there for so long he does not like any changes"
What don't you like about working at Techalloy?
"The Acting Supervisor at the time because his mistake in an order cost me my job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"listen to your employees becuase they usually have more knowledge of whats taking place or can give you better insight."
