"I began working for this organization in 1999/2000. The company had a great reputation for execution of programs embodying its cornerstones of Quality, Timeliness, and Cost Efficiency into its programs and products that it quickly rose to be a well known and sought after leader in the overhaul/refurbishment of military equipment field for government and public/private entities. The company existed from 1997 through 2018 and employed local talented "County" personnel at levels of 20 to 538 employees at peak production. Downsizing of Federal Budgets and continued lack of obtaining prudent continuous future workload and inability of transitioning from a Government Based to Private Contract entity, along with questionable Executive level decision making lead to the downfall and demise of this one proud and dominant organization."
