"the only thing I did not like was that lots of jobs that we did moved to diffrent countrys and lots people got laid off,but other then that I enjoyed working att itt cannon"

"It is ran by coal miners and their good old boy buddies that do not have any concept of manufacturing."

"the amount of time I spent there (sometimes over 100 hours) and not the highest pay."

"maybe need more employees so not so many hours have to be spent on overtime."

"Working for management who have ego problems and refuse to listen to employees to improve work environment."

"terrible flow of everything. everything has to go through way too many hands to get done and this causes serious problems and makes it all run super slow"

"get rid of the machine shop, or put someone fully capable of running it in complete control. and simplify everything so work can get done easier and faster"
