Submit a Review"I enjoyed being able to help people get into the homes they wanted. The only downside to being a loan processor is that because of the economy it is an up and down employment. You constantly hear about companies hiring a bunch of employees, and then other companies laying off employees. It is for this reason I would like to make a chance and get into a different industry."
"I love being a Loan Processor. I love paperwork and talking to an array of people. Building relationships and learning the ever changing regulations. The constant ability to expand my knowledge and in prove my skills keeps me very fulfilled."

"I loved the underwriting aspect and behind the scenes part. Anytime I could pick an underwriters brain to understand where we as a bank were coming from to mediate the borrower and the banks aspect, was fulfilling. I loved to be able to obtain things that were thought impossible and fill in the blanks when needed. I have many years customer relations experience and de-escalation experience and did not struggle in that area at all when it became necessary to deny a loan."

"Nothing. It's a job. Unfortunately, the work environment is bad."

"I would suggest that because of the present President, its best to seek employment elsewhere."

"Leaders micromanage. Their is so much dissention and the turnover is high."

"Most need to be replaced. Few have any formal education in banking."

"Freeze on hiring contractors full time, coworkers call out a lot."

"Need a scoreboard for attendance, performance, and everything in general. More check list."
