"Didn't know until that day if you had to work overtime that day, would of prefered 24hr notice."

"The pay was comenserate for the time of work. Overtime was almost always available up until the lay offs came."

"Be ready to work. It is very fast pased work."

"I can't say anything bad about the time that I was employed there. I really liked my job."

"For the most part management was excellent."

"If you enjoy warehouse work, pulling orders and need OT, this is the place to work! At the Downey Plant you can work 60 to 72 hours a week."

"Dress nice and go in with a ready to work presence."
What don't you like about working at Coca-Cola?
"One word, Teamsters! The Union dues are $63.00 a month, If you work, they come after you and HARASS you!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Open your eyes and take a look what goes around in the Plants. Keep an eye on your Supervisor, some of them cause a lot of the trouble that goes on there! Check out the Industry Warehouse and the Main Supervisor on days in the Warehouse with his homie's!"

"The management always hires really nice hard working people."

"Be honest the hiring manager is down to earth and honest."
What don't you like about working at Canada Dry?
"Their minimum case count can become very dangerous as new people are always training in the work area and regular workers are rushing to meet unreasonable productivity demands."

"Lower the case count so you can keep good employees"

"My likes were: good workout, excellent camaraderie, character building."

"Be prepared to work smart and hard, in that order. It will provide you with a thick skin to handle stress for future endeavors."

"It was very physical labor in intense heat (at times). It was a very stressful position."
