"Exciting place, good core technology, and most of the people there are excellent quality and nice to work with."

"Butter up the founder. It does not matter how much everyone else likes an interviewee if the founder does not."

What don't you like about working at Lilliputian Systems?

"There were a couple of long term employees who's screw ups have probably resulted in squandering about $20M in capital over the years, and 3-4 years of progress. Both, for some reason, are protected from the consequences by the company founder. The company founder takes credit for other peoples successes, and never takes responsibility for his failures and bad choices."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of ZB and AL, who between the two of them, have resulted in years of delays in technical progress, and the wasting of (conservatively, according to one VC I know) $20M of the investors money due to bad decisions or messing up."
