"It was a great cause, certainly a life-saving industry. They offered a good benefit package and allowed me to utilize both creative and analytical abilities. It allowed me to work with very diverse groups as well as a diverse range of special promotions."

"Unfortunately, life/work balance is non-existent with this organization. Often times employees were forced to work every weekend and cancel pre-approved vacations at the last minute."

"Allow your employees work/life balance. Over-time for deadlines doed happen and can be essential, however, they should not be the norm."
