As a Korean company, its very hierarchy is very important, and local leaders can have a lot of autonomy, which can be good, but also can be very bad if local leader is not a good one."

"It's a Korean culture so often times it's difficult for non-Koreans to fit in. Also, at the Executive level, the Korean Executives are moved into new roles in different countries every 4 years so there is little continuity. It's a great Global Brand though."
