"I have worked for Lemco Mills since October 2016. While I find it to be a good company I do foresee that the factory could be moving their production completely offshore resulting in the closing of the current manufacturing facility. While this is sad for the employees and the area it will be what the parent company needs to do in order to stay competitive."
