"I have been working for Labcorp for the past 5 months now. Even though as a software engineer, we go to laboratory visits, where we get to meet the representatives who work on analyzing the data samples taken for clinical trials and share their experiences. These experiences help us to collectively create platform the User is looking for. As Labcorp is all across the US and some other countries, we are developing a multi-regional web application that can share the same application but has different rules based upon the region-specific. The work culture can be improved as compared to the other corporate offices."
"Great company and benefits"

"i have worked for LabCorp/Protedyne for the last six years. I mostly have the oversight of a huge system and the 15 indirect reports that run this system on a daily basis. I have lots of calibration and validation duties that include lots of documentation and an eye for detail. The system runs mostly ay night and my job is to make sure that anything left over from the previous nights run is taken care of and that the system is up to snuff and ready for tonights run"
"I have had the pleasure of working for LabCorp for over 20 years transitioning from Cytogenetics technology to Pathology Quality manager with the opportunity to learn and coach to grow."
"This environment is very challenging to work in as the support system for resolving issues is very limited. Problems are not addressed as promptly as they should be which leaves the staff hanging on to unnecessary, tedious work. The people who I work with are generally agreeable but tend to push work off onto other shifts which is not always fair."
"LabCorp welcomed me with open arms, they taught me to recruit in the medical field, and we worked together greatly and achieved every recruiting goal we set out to hit."
"Overall pretty good. Health insurance is way to expensive"
