"everyday will be a different challenge. However, benefits and pay aren't great for the amount of responsibilities on your plate. There's a lot sales professionals that don't practice the best ethics that'll end up becoming your problem to deal with. Can't speak for all, but my District Manager carried a careless attitude and only cared about his commissions."

"I am a current student at MCPHS university getting a Bachelors in Healthcare management. Hoping to one day work in major hospitals with human resources. Volunteering at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center has taught me a lot of skills with communication, computer, and management skills. This is giving me a huge stepping stone to my career, and putting me one step closer to working in the management field."

"I’ve worked for LA fitness for about 2 years now and have been extremely lucky to work along side some really great coworkers as well as district managers and Vice Presidents and learn from them. If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow your sales experience, this is definitely a place to check out."

"I’ve worked for LA Fitness for 7 months now. I started off as a personal training counselor and have gotten promoted every month since I started working for the company. I am now a personal training director. My main job is to tell our personal training programs, oversee all trainers, and most importantly keep clients happy & do what it takes to make sure they stick with the program. Although I’ve learned a lot of positive things from this job. This job does have its downsides. Long hours, low pay, they make it very difficult for you to reach your bonus, and it seems almost impossible for you to get promoted to corporate."

"I loved working for the company because i learned a lot about management, leadership, and sales. The company CEO was rated number 2 worst CEO to work for. Since I was successful I was treated well but I know others that didn't do well were treated poorly."
