What don't you like about working at Kraft Foods?

"Company does not care that you have life after work. Especially since the Kraft sales force and Nabisco sales force use the Nabisco sales strategy of DSD sales. Your hours of work per week is minimum 72 as compared to Kellogg's reps 45, and there reps make more money."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Structure your sales force like Kellogg's, hire more part time and full time merchandisers easy the burden on your sales reps let them have a balance between work/family."
