"I've worked for Peter at Knollgrass since 2012. Since I've worked there, Peter has given me a tremendous amount of responsibility, challenging me to learn all aspects of our software stack. He valued/respected my research and decisions and gave me free reign to choose our front end technologies as I see fit. However, due to company finances, he is unable to increase my salary. Consequently, I am looking for a job where I can continue using the technologies I love while enjoying a higher salary."
