"Be very prepared to show a strong sense of what the product line is for the division of Abbott Labs in which they are applying for employment.Bring solid evidence of past accomplishments such as President Club awards. Be ready to give a brief explanation on how they actually achieved that award (what they did instead of what their team did)"

What don't you like about working at Knoll Pharmaceuticals?

"There is tremendous turn over and job security is very low which is effecting overall morale."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Bring in an outside consultant to help upper management get their overall strategy in line with all of the various product managers and marketing personnel - To help create one steady message that is sent out to the field of sales managers and thier representatives, rather than a multiple number of changes week after week. This will help raise morale and improve on keeping a steady flow of revenue through sales."
