"The training process I recevied was not thorough. It was very confusing and not enough time was focused on making sure that I wa sinformed of all my duties."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that when ever a new hiree comes aboard that they designate a specific training person to handle any and all questions that new employee might have. And be avaialble for a daily update on work performance."
