"First of all, let me address my hypothesis that they're inflating reviews; highly unacceptable as it's dishonest and it's very obvious on the other review site that clearly shows distinct references of a negative review they are responding to. KMOB in my opinion exercises and rewards deceitful behavior which is very ironic for a law firm that should uphold justice but finds loopholes to weasel out of a bind. A reasonable assumption could be made that they have a social media outreach or someone in their books to write counter reviews as their pros and even their cons seem repetitive and regurgitated; or it could be management and their direct employees writing them. Clearly, they're doing something wrong and immoral. Way to pat yourself on the back; referring to positive comments for mgmt. Also pathetic that they want sympathy for a group with the most power and has less risk to be fired. Two-faced, rude, uncultured, undereducated, overprivileged, hypocritical mgmt; and disturbing/bullying administration. They have certainly got away with what I perceive as discrimination as they had issues with me needing to see the doctor frequently. The moment a "mentor" ratted me out with an issue he had to the management which I did have a valid explanation for such as a health reason, management wasted no time getting rid of me by only mentioning to Administration their dislikes while omitting key details such as my health concerns which would have prevented my firing. In addition, when I rightfully spoke up, the equally wicked, two faced Administration immorally threatened to give reason to the EDD to not provide unemployment. Shame on KMOB and their management for not providing adequate training (they come from training backgrounds ironically/sadly) with their poorly written procedures along with having a backstabbing "mentor" be one's trainer that had only been working there for a few months; also pathetic to have a trainer of little experience be referred as a mentor."
