"Long hours but you get the support you need to be successful. Gain experience fast and work where you want to work. Hard to move up with the talent pool being so large, but once you move up and are noticed, management puts a lot of trust in you."

You are expected to work a minimum of 50 hours a week and frowned upon if you work any less. Will learn a lot and will make tons of friends along the way."
