"I like the freedom of somewhat being able to control my schedule, both work and personal."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do your homework before becoming a REALTOR and make certain, without any exception, that you have a nice nest egg saved up to last you two to five years. Expect little to no income the first few years until you get your clientele built up. Anyone who says otherwise is lying."

What don't you like about working at Keller Williams Realty?

"There is no guaranteed income monthly, and I don't like the crazy hours and stress."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit charging associates for every helpful bit of information or tools to help them succeed in the business. We are here making you money and yet we still have to pay for EVERYTHING."
