"Just be completely honest with everyone. If you do not know something or are not sure on how to do something, be honest and admit it, as you cannot save the ship if you do not know how to plug a hole."

"Sometimes there is not a clear decision-making process, and sometimes there is no teamwork with the superintendents and the construction managers."

"The superintendents need to work as a team with the construction managers, and not work against us."
