"Must be well motivated and very pragmatic. Without a desire to jump into new technologies and to take ownership of assignments; will not survive. Must be able to handle stress."

"On call hours; seat of the pants environment."

"More planning and design/requirement meetings for long term development of projects."

"Only is you want money and grow with the company without really improving yourself and getting real training for the IT Department, then this is the place for you."

"No real opportunity for growth since the IT Department was assisting in the real trade of the company which was retail and wholesale."
