"This hospice merged with two other hospices in the Chicago Land area two years ago. Since then it has had a high turnover of nurses in the Chicago area. Poor training for the new software. Pay freeze. Cutting nurses, increasing CNAs. Encouraging doctors to stick to a very limited list of medication to cut cost. Poor triage system by phone."
