Its a multi-national company and believes in equal opportunity to all deserving. The enriched 175+ years of experience of the company speaks for itself as being the agricultural leader world wide."

"I love the working environment. People are very nice to each other and they're very helpful. No politics & games. Great work-life balance. It may not be a place to polish technical/engineering skills but it is a good place to learn about the basic product development environment. If I have to critique another, their product development phase process can be improved (it is not matured yet) so that smoother engineering design phase transition and the production launch can be established."
"I have worked for John Deere from past 4 yrs, found to be good in values and work life balance, too much politics in the work area, pulling the people which are not supporting his decisions, making the monopoly in work culture, leadership change is a major drive required to change the mentality and mindset."
"John Deere is a great company to work for. Deere takes pride in Diversity and Inclusion and encourages its employees to be engaged in employee resource groups. Benefits and compensation are competitive and meets industry expectations. Growth opportunities are available, but extremely competitive."
"Off-shore & out-sourcing focus on IT doesn't equal happy employees."
"I only worked for John Deere for a summer as an internship - and while they offered learning opportunities for junior developers, the work environment wasn't as youthful as I had wished it to be."
"I work as a contract employee and while the company is not hiring contingents employees now, contingents are not segregated to the extent that some other companies do. One problem that contingents have at Deere is that after 36 months, they have to completely leave the company for at least 6 months. After 6 months they can be recalled."
