"I have worked with John Deere since college and am proud to have worked with them. The four qualities which are the foundation stones for the company make it an ideal place to work. Its a multi-national company and believes in equal opportunity to all deserving. The enriched 175+ years of experience of the company speaks for itself as being the agricultural leader world wide."

"It's John Deere, if you love farming you'll love working for John Deere. The Global Support Center provides assistance for John Deere dealers & farmers globally. Having bilingual skills is a huge plus working in this area of the company. I firmly believe that John Deere is an amazing company with opportunities to work with customers from all over the world, not very many companies can offer that."

"Been with the company for over 9 years. Barely make 37k with college degree. Hard to raise family on this income along with paying student loans when working for such a reputable company."

"Most evil company I have ever worked for! If you want to downgrade your quality of life then go ahead and work here. Don't fall for the high wage they pay - it's not worth it in the long run. Secretly, Deere's main goal is to own you - to control your life inside work and your personal life. Sounds crazy - but the people that work here know. It's a different world in this place, one that will brainwash you, eat you up and spit you out and eventually it all seems normal... but this is not normal."

"Good company to work for considering the employee relations but not very well in Indian location where there is a lot of favoritism."

"John Deere is the best company in terms of their business ethics and core values. People are valued here for their work and not on any race or ethnicity. But John Deere India has a complete different story. Here we see a lot of favoritism which really hampers the image that the company has."

"I've worked for John Deere Water for 4 years and have found them to be a company that treats your fairly and makes available the resources and tools you need to do your job. Their commitment to the safety and well being of their employees was above average and sincere. Their integrity, focus on quality and support for their customers is matched by very few in industry. I was sorry when they decided to sell my division, but accept that it was a business decision on their part."

"I have worked for John Deere from past 4 yrs, found to be good in values and work life balance, too much politics in the work area, pulling the people which are not supporting his decisions, making the monopoly in work culture, leadership change is a major drive required to change the mentality and mindset."
