"The company is located in the midwest and having moved around the country a lot - I think this hurts the company in its ability to attract top talent."

"RIFs are just like anything else, a cost of doing business, and you always handle them well - however - I would setup a program/effort to capture some of the experience that walks out the door - so the loss isn't as enormous as it has been over the last couple of cycles."

"I resigned on July 12 to move to Florida with my wife as she found a job here. It is a great company with many opportunities for advancement. People and work place are excellent."
