"Lack of upward mobility, lack of room for creative/inventive thinking."

"Nope, they need employees, so much goes in hiring persons"

"management beyond leads and first line supervisor - all the time spent at home on computer to check events, etc"

"They should try doing my job for 3 days adhering to their rules"

"I have heard of Crossmark starting new people with higher wages then the workers that have been there."

"The supervisors are not involved at all. Which has its pros and cons."

"I need a challenge. Sometimes they hire people and start them at a higher wage than the workers already there."
