"Even though they say the employee is the most important asset of the company, that is not true. They laid me off after 18 years of non-stop service without any package."

"Treat you with sincerity, as you are not just a number. They are professional and realistic."

"Be prepared because they will not place anyone they don't feel is qualified."

"Unless you are a career contractor - you probably don't want to work for them too long!"

"The economy is bad and hard to keep people employed, it is very easy to cut people, look at other options first."

"I enjoyed working in a challenging environment, creating and and improving processes. Management and associates are pleasure to work with."

"The contract with the government is fixed price and InDyne did not have extra funds for amenities."

"Keep up the great work environment."

"People with experience in the government environment will probably fare best. Be yourself, provide honest and demonstrabable answers, ask questions but politely."

"Not inclined to use technology very efficiently, unstructured and sometimes unorganized processes and procedures."

"I've learned a great deal of experience and personal growth with Multimedia Dynamics Pty. Ltd. Mr. Anthony Peters is one of my Employers I have a great deal of respect. He is one of the nicest Austrilian I 've ever met.Michael Ellams, who is the Programmer in Austrialia is one of best programmers and is never selfish enough to share his knowledge about programming."

"Just be calm, be confident and make sure you know your stuff. Anthony Peters is very cool and fun to talk to and never intimidates a person. As well as Michael Ellams."

"Continue the same kind of Management as they have before.Kind treatment to is employees. (Mr. Anthony Peters is a very Pro-Employee person and that's what makes him unique from every employer out there.)"

"Don't do it. There are far better companies out here to work for."

"Stagnation; old boys network environment despite their best efforts to say this is a great company for women to work in. They treat contractors poorly."

"Wake up and smell the coffee. The world of PM has passed them by; they are managing this company using 50's standards. Treat people with consideration and respect and you will get the best out of people."

"There was always some new technology to learn and implement."
What don't you like about working at American President Lines?
"There were very few, if any, opportunities to advance. Someone had to quit, be fired, or die before you had the opportunity to advance. I made my own way and found niche areas where I created a new positions to fulfill business needs."

"Create a tiered (banded) environment within IT where each discipline have opportunities for advancement within the job scope."

"The autonomy to manage projects and team approach to issues and resolutions."

"Just be your self, focus on how your strengths and background will be an added value for Budco as well as yourself."
What don't you like about working at Budco?
"Budco is located in a part of the Detroit Metro area that has experienced a large amount of urban blight. At times I did not feel safe in and around the building."

"They need to decide if they want to run the company as a traditional Hierarchial company or as a Matrixed company utilizing their resources in more viable manner"

"Working with a talented team, challenging and interesting projects, opportunity to travel."
What don't you like about working at Dell?
"Too many lay offs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Grow execs from within. Some of the hired guns from other companies seemed to care more about their careers than Dell's success and appeared to be using Dell as a stepping stone."

"I was given the opportunity to develop and implement new business process that were able to provide a hugh positive impact to the bottom line. Working with the other employees."

"Opportunities for advancement are limited and it's not a very stable company financially."
What don't you like about working at Health Net?
"It was extremely difficult to obtain approvals to develop and implement in business process even when the business saw the benefits and the overall cost savings."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When there employees to together ROI's for equipment, application and process changes, understand them and ask questions if necessary. Don't be locked into the number of members gained or lost, think more about the services being provided."
