"Fun, creative individuals. Lots on pressure internally to meet deadlines, write reports, deliverables to clients."

What don't you like about working at iSuppli?

"Company previously employed alot of big executive from the semi-conductor industry whom were accustomed to having things done for them. They did not blend well in a start-up do it yourself organization such as iSuppli."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be realistic with your execs about their expectations. It will make life internally much nice."
