"Working conditions were very relaxed and amiable. It was a family owned business with top notch individuals as owners/managers. I was always treated fairly and with respect."

"Same tip I would give to anyone interviewing with any company. In addition to demonstrating to your employer that you have the necessary skills to do the job you are applying for, convince them that would show up on time, sober, well groomed and with a positive attitude. And of course be prepared to give an honest days work for an honest days pay."

What don't you like about working at Island Systems & Design?

"Too much turnover of the workforce. Human resources/management could be improved with respect to the hiring/termination process."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make your employees more accountable for their mistakes which undoubtedly have cut deeply into the financial bottom line of the company."
