What don't you like about working at Intuit?

"Nothing! I loved working everyday and would find myself not taking vacations because you didn't need them."

"Keep up the good work and never forget where you came from and who helped you get there."

"Bureaucracy is pervasive. Way too much time spent on meetings."

"None. Everything they do is excellent. Can't add anything. Can't add more."

"I would suggest that management continue to stay focused on the goals that are set forth."

"I've worked for Intuit for about 1+ years, and it been an amazing journey, I've learned a lot and worked with know personalities in the software industry. I've provided the company with many work class dashboards and scalable applications. I've used AWS extensively in this experience and along with that I've onboarded few Java-based services in production"

"I really have nothing bad to say. I only wish I was not one of the ones that were laid off."

"The managers I had allowed me to grow into the person I am today. Learn by experience."

"I am not sure if I have enough challenges and growth opportunities in my current role."

"I don't have any suggestions for the management. I believe they are very supportive."

"Intuit is an incredible company with smart people, inspiring leaders and a strategic plan that leads to success year after year. It's great to get so much training in innovation in order to build awesome products that delight customers. Like any large company, there are lots of meetings and layers of approvals, but the culture makes it all worth it."

"I have been a seasonal worker since 2020. The company has incentives and proper room for growth. They prioritize individuality as a tool to guide others and reward you for your passion to keep the team strong. They use metrics, that I believe are intuitive to being a great tax professional. If you believe in the value of your position, this is a great company to work for. The only downside is that it's seasonal."

"Working with Intuit I have learned to grow in my tax knowledge and how to handle different clients and their individual needs. It was very helpful to have a flexible schedule and work remotely specially when most business were closing during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I was able to adjust and learn real time how to handle the incoming calls due to the great training offered."
