Like any large company, there are lots of meetings and layers of approvals, but the culture makes it all worth it."
"I have been a seasonal worker since 2020. The company has incentives and proper room for growth. They prioritize individuality as a tool to guide others and reward you for your passion to keep the team strong. They use metrics, that I believe are intuitive to being a great tax professional. If you believe in the value of your position, this is a great company to work for. The only downside is that it's seasonal."
